Bluetooth page-turners & remotes

Change dash pages without taking a hand off the wheel.

Most wheel-mounted Bluetooth remotes and page-turners act like a keyboard. TRACK listens for their keys, so a button press flips the dash to the next page or acknowledges a warning.

05Where it stands

Tested, pending, and good to know.

Verified so far
  • Paging logic is tested.
Still to do
  • Needs testing with real remotes.
Good to know
  • Cheapest option: a coin-sized Bluetooth camera-shutter button, stuck where your thumb can reach it, can page the dash, but only if it sends a keyboard key such as Return. Many send Volume Up instead, which iOS doesn’t let apps read. Two-button models often have one button that sends Return. Not yet tested with TRACK.
  • Media-button remotes only work if TRACK takes over Now Playing, which would pause your music, so that option is off by default.

Prices are typical US retail, checked October 2026, and change often. TRACK doesn’t sell hardware. Product names describe compatibility only; no partnership or endorsement is implied.
