Video + telemetry · replays

See exactly what you did, and when.

TRACK lines your onboard video up with your data and draws broadcast-style graphics on it: speed, delta, sectors and the track map. Jump straight to any lap, sector or corner, compare against a ghost of your best, and play it on the big screen.

GoPro sync accuracy on synthetic tests

Real-world accuracy still to be measured; you can always nudge by hand.

Sync uses the camera’s motion data, then GPS, then clocks.

02Synchronized video + telemetry

Broadcast-grade onboards. From your phone.

The forward camera and every sensor share one clock, so the overlay is cut to your footage, not dragged into place afterwards. And it only shows what was measured.

Brake: no source

Adds RPM and the ECU’s throttle-plate reading at a few Hz. Gear is INFERRED from RPM and speed. Brake pressure is not on OBD-II, so it stays NO SOURCE.

Simulated onboard. No footage. Speed & delta from the fixture lap; RPM and throttle from a labelled demo model.

One clock.

Every sample is stamped on the iPhone’s host clock at the moment it arrives. Camera frames already carry that clock, so video and telemetry line up to about half a frame at 60 fps. External GNSS is aligned to the same clock, and the app reports how uncertain that alignment is.

01How it works

How it works

  1. 01

    Record

Use the phone’s camera, or let TRACK start and stop a GoPro with your session.

  2. 02

    Sync automatically

TRACK matches the camera’s motion data to your session and shows the remaining uncertainty.

  3. 03

    Review

Jump by lap, sector, corner or fastest; loop a section; step frame by frame; compare against your best.

  4. 04

    Share or watch big

Export a cut with overlays, or put the replay on an Apple TV with the phone as remote.

02What’s in it

Built, tested, and labelled honestly.

Every feature shows where it really stands: built and tested, in beta, awaiting hardware validation, or planned.

  • Replays library and player

Speed 0.25–4×, frame and sample stepping, lap/sector/corner jumps, A–B loop, chapters.

Engine built · demo footage in beta
  • Broadcast overlays on video

Title-safe graphics that match TRACK Live, with lower-third moments and cited callouts.

    Built
  • Distance-aligned ghost

Compare a lap against your best on the same layout, aligned by distance, not time.

    Built
  • GoPro sync

Gyro correlation with GPS-speed and time fallbacks, drift correction and a manual nudge.

    Built · awaiting hardware validation
  • Apple TV second screen

The TV shows the full broadcast layout while the phone becomes the remote.

  • TRACK cut export

Non-destructive, automatic renders with overlays burned in, finished overnight on charge.

Questions

Do I need a GoPro?

No. The phone’s camera works. A GoPro gives a better onboard view and TRACK can control it.

Will the overlays show on an Apple TV?

Yes, through Screen Mirroring or HDMI. Plain AirPlay video can’t carry them, so it’s offered only as a labelled fallback.

Is my original footage changed?

Never. TRACK renders a separate cut and keeps the original untouched.
