A season of club days, one app.
Give members their times, their video and a reason to come back. Comparisons stay fair, sharing stays opt-in, and the club keeps every event in one place.
Car clubs and marque clubs running lapping days, socials and a season of member events.
Simulated demoYour channel shows Fastest laps. Lapping days rank by best lap: no race positions, no race language.
01The problem today
The problem today
- 01
Every event starts from scratch
Spreadsheets for entries, a group chat for updates, and nothing carries over from one event to the next.
- 02
Members compare apples to oranges
Lap times get posted with no context: different layouts, different conditions, different cars.
- 03
Socials need content
The committee wants photos and clips, but nobody has time to film, edit and ask permission.
02What TRACK gives you
Built for how you run the day.
Your club as an organization
Committee members switch the app to the club workspace for event day: Today, Entrants, Broadcast and Media.

Northfield Marque Club · Spring Lapping Day & Social
Illustrative scenarioIllustrative scenario: a fictional marque club, 35 members, a morning of lapping and an afternoon social at a fictional circuit.
The events secretary sets up the day in the club workspace and shares the invite QR in the newsletter. On the morning, members’ cars join the event automatically when they go out with TRACK running.
The clubhouse TV shows the club channel during the social: fastest laps, personal-best banners and onboard shots of members who opted in. Two members prefer to stay off air; they still get their times.
After the event, members compare laps on the same layout, and the committee has clips for the next newsletter without chasing anyone for permission.
- ✓Members leave with their own laps and video
- ✓Fewer arguments about whose lap “counts”
- ✓Content for the newsletter, with consent recorded

Questions organizers ask
How do drivers control what is shared?
Each driver sets consent for position and video, and can revoke it at any time. Consent is enforced on the server, not just hidden in the picture: a driver who withholds it is still timed, but their car never goes to air. You can also remove any car from the feed yourself.
Can members pay entry fees through TRACK?
Not yet. Organizer billing is waiting on merchant accounts and App Store products. Keep using your current registration and payment process for now.
Does TRACK change how we run safety?
No. TRACK never replaces marshals, flaggers or race control,. Your safety process, briefings and insurance stay exactly as they are. The kill switch takes the broadcast off air instantly if you need it to.
Will it feel like a race?
No. Lapping days rank fastest laps. There are no positions, and the graphics and commentary never use race language such as “leads” or “overtake”.
