01The problem today
The problem today
- 01
Screens show nothing useful
Hospitality TVs loop a promo video while the most interesting thing at the venue happens out of sight.
- 02
Rental clients bring their own chaos
Every renter runs timing differently, and nothing about the day reflects your venue.
- 03
Your track is mapped wrong
Apps guess your layouts and start lines, and drivers blame the venue when the laps don’t add up.
02What TRACK gives you
Built for how you run the day.

03Example
Northfield Motorsport Park · Weekend rental program
Illustrative scenarioIllustrative scenario: a fictional 2.1-mile circuit with three layouts, a hospitality suite and six paddock screens.
Northfield confirms its start/finish line and sector lines for each layout in the Atlas, so every driver running TRACK at the venue is timed against the same reference.
On a rental Saturday, the venue’s own staff run the broadcast from the Broadcast tab. Hospitality guests watch the channel with fastest laps on the tower; the renter’s drivers choose whether they appear.
On Sunday, a different renter runs a different layout. TRACK detects the configuration from the drive, and the screens follow along.

Questions organizers ask
What connectivity does the venue need?
Timing works offline on each phone and syncs later. The broadcast is different: ten onboard feeds need roughly 20 Mbps of venue uplink. We survey your connectivity before we promise a broadcast, and the first organizers get a survey as part of the pilot.
Where does your track map come from?
Layouts come from OpenStreetMap and public data, with the source recorded. None of our start/finish lines are verified on site yet, so timing only arms once a line is confirmed. Venue corrections are reviewed and kept in a revision history.
Does TRACK replace our timing and scoring or transponders?
No. TRACK times laps from each car’s phone or GNSS receiver, with a reported uncertainty per lap. It is built for coaching, broadcast and the participant experience, not as official timing. Keep your transponder system for anything that needs official results.
Does TRACK change how we run safety?
No. TRACK never replaces marshals, flaggers or race control,. Your safety process, briefings and insurance stay exactly as they are. The kill switch takes the broadcast off air instantly if you need it to.
