04iPhone & Android
iPhone and Android
Bluetooth LE, testing planned.
Android app planned. Bluetooth LE works on Android too.
The TRACK iPhone app is in beta. The Android app is planned.
05Where it stands
Tested, pending, and good to know.
- Uses the same tested OBD engine as all ELM327-compatible adapters.
- Not yet tested with a physical unit.
- OBD-II reports engine data slowly, roughly 3–6 readings per second per channel over Bluetooth LE. Great for temperatures and RPM trends, not for millisecond analysis.
- The OBD “throttle position” is the ECU’s throttle-plate reading, not your pedal. TRACK labels it that way.
- TRACK only reads data. It never writes to your ECU and never suggests tuning.
Prices are typical US retail, checked October 2026, and change often. TRACK doesn’t sell hardware. Vgate and product names are trademarks of their owners and describe compatibility only; no partnership or endorsement is implied.
